Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Mentora. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are using Mentora on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately at support@getmentora.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use Mentora only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the App without our written permission
• Use the App to harass, harm, or impersonate others
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Mentora App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Blaze8 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Mentora (“User Content”), such as career goals, notes, or profile information. By submitting User Content, you grant Blaze8 a limited license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Subscription and Payments

Mentora may offer free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription rate.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mentora is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Mentora is a career development tool and does not provide professional legal, financial, or employment advice. Any decisions made based on information within the App are your own responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blaze8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Mentora at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@getmentora.app. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
