Team Page
The Team Page gives you a bird's-eye view of all your direct reports and their career development progress.
Required Role: Manager or Admin
Accessing the Team Page
Step 1: Go to My Team in the sidebar
You'll see a card for each of your direct reports.
Team Member Cards
Each team member card shows:
- Name and title/role
- Number of active goals
- Average goal progress (0–100%)
- Tasks due this week (quick count)
- Status indicators showing if they're on track or at risk
Viewing a Team Member's Details
Click on a team member's card to see:
- Their full name and contact info
- All their goals (with status and progress)
- All their milestones and tasks
- Recent activity
- Comments and feedback history
This is a great view for 1:1 meetings.
Filtering and Searching
You can:
- Search by name or email to find a team member
- Filter by status (on track, at risk, no goals yet)
- Sort by name, number of goals, or progress
Team Overview on Dashboard
If you're a manager, your dashboard also shows a Team Overview section with quick summaries of each team member. This is great for a quick check-in without diving into details.
Managing Your Team
From the Team Page, you can also:
- Change someone's role — Click and edit their role
- Reassign their manager — Change who they report to
- Deactivate them — If they've left the company
- Invite new people — Add new team members
See Team Management for more on these actions.
Tips
- Check the Team Page weekly — It's a quick way to see if anyone needs support
- Use it to prepare for 1:1s — Click on the person before your meeting to see their progress
- Notice at-risk goals — These are conversation starters for career development discussions
- Celebrate progress — When someone hits a milestone, acknowledge it in the app or in person
Troubleshooting
I don't see any team members
You may not be a manager or may have no direct reports assigned. Check Roles & Permissions and Team Management.
Someone's progress looks wrong
Progress is calculated from completed tasks. If it looks off, check their tasks and verify they're marked as Done.
I want to see goals across my entire organization
You must be an Admin. If you're a Manager, you can only see your direct reports' goals. Contact your Admin if you need organization-wide visibility.
