The Roadmap is an interactive Gantt-chart timeline that shows your goals, milestones, and tasks plotted across time. Goals appear as horizontal bars, milestones as checkpoints, and tasks as sub-items — all color-coded by status.
Click Roadmap in the left navigation. The chart opens to a view spanning all of your active goals. Goals need a start date and a target date to appear on the chart; goals without dates show in the Unscheduled panel on the right.
Click any bar to open a detail panel where you can view or edit the item.
You can drag the edges of any bar directly on the chart to change dates without leaving the Roadmap:
A date tooltip follows your cursor as you drag. The change is saved when you release.
Use the Zoom In and Zoom Out buttons in the toolbar to change how much of the timeline is visible at once. The chart scrolls horizontally; the label column on the left stays fixed so you always know which row you're looking at.
Managers see a My Team scope toggle and an employee filter dropdown. Select an individual to focus the chart on their goals only, or leave it set to All employees to see the full team picture at once.
Goals that have no start or target date appear in the Unscheduled panel on the right side of the Roadmap. Click any item in the panel to open it and add dates — it will then appear on the main chart.
You can collapse the Unscheduled panel to give the chart more room.
