| In Progress | You're actively working on this goal |
| On Track | In progress and on schedule |
| At Risk | In progress but may not complete on time |

Progress is calculated automatically based on how many of your tasks are complete:
You don't manually set the progress — it updates as you complete tasks.
You can set the priority of your goals by reordering them:
On the Goals page:
Your most important goals can be at the top.
If you need to remove a goal:
Step 1: Click the goal to open it
Step 2: Click Delete Goal
Step 3: Confirm the deletion
Warning: Deleting a goal also deletes all its milestones and tasks. This cannot be undone. Consider archiving instead if you might want to reference it later.
I can't see goals for my team members
You must be a Manager or Admin. Check Roles & Permissions.
Can I see someone else's goals?
As a manager, you can see your direct reports' goals. As an employee, you can only see your own (unless shared with you via comments).
How do I archive a goal without deleting it?
Currently, you can't archive goals. If you want to keep the record, mark it as "Achieved" or change the status to something that indicates it's no longer active. Contact support for bulk archive options.
